Dear Friends, Chers Amis, Liebe Freunde,
Today 07-09-2019 at 16.00h we reached the score of 70 (!!!) ECM-registrations within 3 weeks, and i know there are more on their way to my emailaddress: registration@ecm2020.eu
Almost HALF of these registered ECC members have also PAID their ECM-fee and are now very SAFE on the FINAL-ECMlist. They all have received an email with their hotelbookingcode, so that should not present any problems. But if it does, let me know, i am here to help!
Ofcourse, this means that most likely very, very soon we will reach our maximum capacity of 80 rooms in our Head-Quarters, hotel Kirchheimerhof.
Registration is still open, untill we reach the maximum of 100 in total, of which the last 20 will be staying in the luxurious hotel 400m. down the road. They will also park their cars there and will have breakfast in that hotel.
Dinners however, will be served for ALL of us in Kirchheimerhof, every night at 19.30h. Don't be late! So we are all together as a group and will enjoy the great 5-course dinners there.
The bar in HQ is open for all of us ofcourse, although the ECM-participants staying in hotel NockResort, will have to walk 400m. afterwards... Uphill, that is.... LOL
After we reach the maximum of 100 cars / rooms, we will operate a waitinglist for those who would like to participate.
Well done Roel and Thomas - that's one hell of an achievement!
I started planning our outward route today, so I've already slipped into ECM 2020 mode. Our final leg on the Tuesday morning starts just north of the Grossglockner Pass. This fantastic road should be on every Cobra owner's bucket list - it will be the third time we've driven it, and I can't wait!

Thank You Alan,
Yes, I anticipated that our ECM 'Back to the Roots' would attract quite a number of dedicated Cobristi, but I had no idea it would go this fast... There's a good chance that it will be 'Sold Out' within a month!
And once the registered members have also paid their ECM-fee, they will be on the SAFE FINAL-list and get their bookingcode for the hotel.
Regarding this ECM-fee, I had some questions why it's relatively expensive... Well, you must realize that INCLUDED in the fee of € 275,00 there are TWO KärntenCards, at € 48,00 each. So without those KCards, the fee would be just € 179,00 for a car with TWO persons in it. That's not a lot...
Cheers and enjoy the planning of the route, it's a big part of the fun!

Hi Eric,
All the costs to make an ECM happen: organisation, brochures, routebooks, banners, printwork, logo's, stickers for car and window, roadsigns, goodiebags, etc. etc.
J'ai envoyé le formulaire d'inscription le 07/09 et j'ai effectué le règlement par virement bancaire le 09/09 et à ce jour 13/09/2019, je n'ai pas reçu de confirmation, est-ce normal ?

@ Serge: I have send you the bookingcode for the hotel, but your email Harley81 (??) is sending a report that it can not be send to that email-address... Why?
But don't worry, you are on the FINAL list, so you are sure of your place at the ECM 2020.
I will send you a personal message via the Forum to give you the code again, ok?
