Hi, I´m new to this Forum and would like to introduce myself:
My name is Hans-Peter Thalhammer, I´m 59 years old and live in Germany, south of Munich, near Austria.
I bought my Cobra in August 2014 and like driving on country roads and passes in the Alps.
The Cobra is a replica by A&C Autos USA, Model Roadster 67 (427) and built by Blasi racing in N.C.
The first registration is in July 1976, to Germany, the car was imported by the previous owner in 2009 and then restored.
Under the hood works a 66 Ford 428 Cj with about 380 hp and 600 Nm, so it´s funny to drive the car.
In 2018 we took part in an ECM for the first time in Davos and now I´m looking forward to the ECM 2020 in Austria and to get know many of you personally.
You'll have a much shorter drive to Bad Kleinkirchheim than we will - a return journey of 3600 kms, plus the ECM tours followed by 2 or 3 days having some more mountain fun in the Dolomites afterwards!

Herzlich Willkommen Hans-Peter,
you are already safely registered and booked for the ECM 2020 and we are sure you will enjoy meeting all the great members of our ECC and enjoy driving the wonderfull - and sometimes challenging! - roads! But your car has a lot of torque i think, so Alpine passes of 18% will not be a problem...
You certainly live in a beautiful part of the world. We have had several trips to the Berchesgarden/Schoenau am Konigsee area and what I consider to be the most beautiful and peaceful place that I have ever visited is near there. You cannot reach it by road so it is not disturbed by any Cobras! You have to get a boat from Schoenau to the end of the Konigsee and then walk for about one hour along the Obersee. You then look back down the lake to the beautiful, peaceful scene. Well worth making the effort of getting there.
