ECM2020 - Important Information from the December Newsletter

The December 2020 newsletter was sent only to registered ECM 2020 participants, on the basis that ECC members registered on the forum could read it on the Newsletters sub-board. However, as previously mentioned, it appears that many people have been accessing the forum without logging in, and the Newsletters board is not visible to guests!
In conjunction with the organisers, I have just sent the newsletter to the ECC mailing list, after first removing the ECM 2020 participants who have already received it. The newsletter announced reductions to the registration fees and also the addition of a further 9 rooms - so these could well now be filled quite quickly. So if you're interested in attending, we suggest you get your registration form in without delay:
I sent the email to 223 recipients, and have so far received 32 non-delivery reports due to mail servers' spam filters/blockers (mainly in the Netherlands it seems). That's a 15% failure rate, and illustrates how unreliable email has become as a vehicle for the club and the ECM organisers to communicate with you all.
So please help us to help you by using the forum as your primary source of ECC/ECM information and visiting it regularly - and remember to log into your account rather than using guest access!
