Hello all,
We're Terence and Mirjam from the Netherlands and after Venray, Inzell, Gassin and Sitges, this will be our 5th ECM. All events we've joined we're very well organized and no doubt this will be the same again in the UK. Like many others, we also have been anxious for an ECM in the cradle of kit cars.
An impression of the fun we had last time during ECM 2015 in Sitges at Fast Parc Motor circuit: youtu.be/Yl57E3y7nqE
Hope to see you all at Hayling Island next september.

Hello Charlie,
It's a GoPro Hero 3 with a separate microphone. In the video you can see the microphone just below the rear view mirror. The video quality of the GoPro is very good, in this case it's 'just' set at 1080i, but you can get up to 4K if you want. For my use 1080i is more than needed and is good to work with for my computer. On the other hand, the sound quality of the GoPro is poor so that's why i use just a cheap separate microphone. Note: i think you are not able to use just every microphone and you need an adapter from the GoPro to 3,5 mm jack female which is available in the GoPro assortment. I use a DESQ 84071 Compact Stereo Microphone (just found the flyer?). It uses a battery of it's own so it won't drain the battery of the GoPro. I'm definitely not a pro, but i hope this will answer yuor question.
